This sermon series was originally preached as an Easter series. The writer of Hebrews tells us that one of the greatest ways we can grow to have enduring faith is by fixing our eyes on the author and finisher of our faith. In this Easter miniseries, we endeavor to do just that, by focusing in on the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus!
Jesus Suffered For Me — Mark 14:32-42
In this message, we consider the suffering of our Savior in the Garden of Gethsemane, and we find some great encouragement, knowing that Jesus knows what our suffering feels like.
Jesus Died For Me — John 19:13-30
In this message, we consider the death of our Savior on the cross, and we find some great encouragement, seeing that His death gives us saving from our past, peace in our present, and hope in our future!
Jesus Rose Again For Me — Matthew 28:1-10
In this message, we consider the resurrection of our Savior, and discover that because of it, we don’t have an empty faith. The resurrection of Christ is believable! And for those who believe, it is a wonderful and transformational truth!!
We pray this series is a great reminder of what Jesus has done for you through the gospel!
