A lot of people focus on physical, emotional, and mental health, for good reason! But in the midst of it all, Christians can sometimes forget the most important area — our spiritual health. In this series, we talk about healthy spiritual habits that each Christian should implement into their life to cultivate a healthy soul.

Rhythm #1 - Heart Evaluation

In this message, we talk about the motive behind our habits, and we learn about the habit of heart evaluation. If we want to change our life, we change our habits. But if we want to change our habits, we need to let God change our hearts.

Rhythm #2 - Engaging the Scriptures

In this message, we talk about the routine of engaging the Scriptures. This habit may just be the single most formative habit you can implement into your life to cultivate soul health and grow closer to God.

Rhythm #2 - Prayer and Fasting

In this message, we talk about the rhythm of prayer and fasting. They are both practices that display dependence on God. Why should we practice these habits? Because we need God’s presence, provision, and power in our lives to be effective in helping others.

Rhythm #4 - Sabbath

In this message, we talk about the rhythm of Sabbath. In today’s society, it is becoming increasingly hard to truly rest. But God is a God of rest, and He invites us to experience that rest both physically and spiritually by this practice!

Rhythm #5 - Serving

In this message, we talk about the rhythm of serving. Each and every Christian is expected to serve, with their gifts, out of love, for the good of the church and the glory of Christ.

Rhythm #6 - Faithfulness

In this sermon, we talk about the importance of making these habits a consistent routine. We learn about the laws of reaping and sowing, and how that should impact our habits NOW.

We hope that this series has helped you to see the importance of spiritual habits, and challenged you to implement them into the rhythms and routines of your life!
