How to See God Work

With this message, preached on our Celebration Sunday, we take time to look back and recognize a simple truth: we have seen God work. But we don’t want the greatest stories of God’s work to always be stories from the past. Psalm 107 shows us people who ventured into great waters, reached the end of their own ability, cried out to the Lord, and saw Him do what only He could do. In this message, we’re challenged to keep moving forward in faith, to recognize our complete dependence upon God, to become a people of prayer, and to give Him all the praise when He works. We’re grateful for every work of the Lord we’ve already seen—but we believe there are still great waters ahead and still works of the Lord to see.
