Our Hospitality Team exists to create an environment where every person feels seen, valued, and at home from the moment they arrive. Whether you’re greeting at the door, welcoming guests outside, or helping create a warm atmosphere inside, you play a key role in making Ridge Point a place people want to come back to.

Setup Crew
The Setup Crew plays a vital role in making Sunday happen. By showing up early, this team helps transform our space into a welcoming environment for worship—setting up chairs, tables, signage, and any equipment needed for the service. It’s a hands-on way to serve behind the scenes, helping create a space where people can gather, connect, and hear God’s Word. If you enjoy being part of a team and don’t mind getting there a little early, this is a great way to make a meaningful impact each week.
Service Media
Our Service Media Team helps make our Sunday gatherings run smoothly behind the scenes. From running sound to managing slides, this team plays a key role in creating a clear and distraction-free environment for worship and teaching. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn. We’ll provide the training you need to confidently operate the sound system or presentation software.
Worship Team - Scripture and Prayer
Everything we do is rooted in the authority of God’s Word. The public reading of Scripture helps center our hearts and minds on truth, and prayer reminds us of our dependence on God. This role is a meaningful way to help lead our church in focusing on what matters most—hearing from God and responding to Him. If you have a desire to help ground our services in Scripture and prayer, this is a great way to serve within our Worship Ministry.
Prayer Team
The Prayer Team plays a vital role by praying for the needs of our church and community. You’ll receive weekly prayer updates along with additional requests as needs arise. It’s a simple but powerful way to serve and support others through consistent prayer.

The Barnabas Project is all about encouragement. This team cares for our church family by sending cards and notes throughout the week—reminding people they are seen, loved, and prayed for. It’s a simple but powerful way to serve.
